The person has demonstrated experiences and expertise in both Digital and Marketing in large scale environments and a confirmed experience in change management and coaching to drive the change and the adoption within an organization. He / she will need to have a positive mindset and deep human relationship skills with ability to listen, understand, collaborate, build trust and influence for superior results.

He / she will need to have that #Gamechanger and results driven spirit that will make him / her go the extra mile to impact the business. The person has a strong project management background, working in international and multicultural context. He / She is curious, very hands-on, passionate about “digital” with strong and demonstrated expertise in social, media (dealing with big media players: Amazon, Facebook, Google), eCommerce, CRM and data, and the ability and interest to learn.

The position aims at accelerating the digital transformation in the region, bringing more proximity with the markets to better understand local context and business needs, to adapt the digital strategy appropriately through concrete use cases, to upskill efficiently marketing, to closely measure and improve performance with an ROI approach.

Within the EMEA LATAM Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, the « Digital Marketing Acceleration Expert LATAM » will be a key driver of the digital acceleration & transformation and will be in closely support the LATAM cluster. He/ She will be the voice of the markets but also the voice of the Headquarter . The position covers 3 main areas of support:

- Local Digital Strategy Communicate and adapt locally the Group Digital GuidelinesIdentify, priorize and implement with HQ and markets the relevant digital use cases and consumers activation map locallyMap the Digital EcosystemBuild a strong bridge with sales and eCommerce to drive at best the conversionIdentify and Share efficiently markets needs and initiatives to the Center of Excellence and HQ (Bottom up approach)

- Digital Upskilling Distill Digital within the whole Marketing through close coaching, immersions, training, practical, inspiring and actionable workshopsDe-silo Marketing and ensure uniform consumer experienceExpand skillsets by learnings about best practices, technologies, trends and areas of opportunitiesSupport actively the Group D-Passport Program deployment on the following:Co-creation & Adaptation (adapt based on markets specifities)Actionability (practical workshops)Measurement & ImprovementTeams MotivationInspiration (innovation and co-creation workshops with ext companies)

- Measurement & Improvement Measure & Improve digital performance in markets through clear KPI’s and dashboard (Common group objectives, Media Investments ROI, Consumer Lifetime value…). The person will be accountable on market results.

He / She will also support the Center of Excellence by:

- Participating to the regional digital webinars

- Identifying key topics and needs

- Sharing best practices & results from his/her markets


- Direct report: Digital Marketing Acceleration Leader

- Key external contacts: Consultants, Digital agencies & experts (HQ, region, markets)

- Key internal contacts: Regional Marketing Team, Other departments in EMEA LATAM (IT, Legal, Management entities and markets of the cluster in responsibility (within EMEA&LATAM; region), HQ (Digital, CI, Marketing and IT)

- Participation in committees, etc.: EMEA LATAM CODI (occasionally)EMEA LATAM Marketing Teams (weekly)EMEA LATAM Marketing Directors Conf call (monthly)Regional Digital Webinars (monthly)HQ digital webinars & summits

- Travel (as % work time): ~50%

- Transversal competencies on digital marketing: Web/search (SEO, SEM), Social/Media, CRM, eCommerce and data & analytics

- Strong business acumen on consumers-CRM, consumer decision journeys

- B2B2C business environments and go-to-market mechanisms, CPG/FMCG business environment 

Digital Ecosystem: 

- Web / Search: CMS, Google Analytics

- Social / Media: FB manager, Radarly, Falcon, DMP/DSP, Google Analytics 360

- CRM: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- BI Tools: Power BI

- B2B Tools: Salesforce CRM and Force.Com


- Master’s degree

- Work experience : + 7 years relevant experience as a Digital Manager (FMCG, B2B2C business model)

- With strong and demonstrated digital expertise in social, media (dealing with big media players: Amazon, Facebook, Google), eCommerce, CRM and data (collect, usage, analysis).

- Background on consumer experience, consumer journey mapping.

- Change management skills, leadership and influencing skills, data driven, business and results oriented, in charge of managing consultants / teams.

- Languages:  English (strong business proficiency in written and verbal communication). Spanish required
