performance and security of the services.Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers on traffic trends, analyze the impact of mid-term business changes on capacity requirements.Participate in capacity management processes and security audits.Design and implement changes into the systems.Adapt solution parameters to make architecture evolutions.Maintain and enhance internal tools to improve service industrialization.Participate in the handover from set-up to production.Participate in the Presales, deployment and integration of the solutions form the Support perspectives.Definition of production requirements.Leads Team member based on his technical knowledge and provide technical guidance.Driver of the cloud transformation from the Support perspectives and transfer the knowledge to the Team memberRequirements:Bachelor´s Degree in Information Technology or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in IT support and at least 2 years in an autonomous level;Technical knowledge and competence in the following applications:SQL or Oracle database queries, writing and execution.Non-SQL DBKnowledge of Weblogic, kubernetes, casandara administration.Experience Apache HTTP ServerExperience SSL/TLS protocolsExperience of AWS, Google cloud environment.Ticketing tools, modern monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Unix/Linux or Shell scripting.Deep understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change ManagementGood level of EnglishStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to problem solve and be analytical.Strong results orientation with follow-up skill.Experience on subscription management from an embedded SIM (eUICC) in accordance with GSMA specificationsAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
