Descripción y detalle de las actividades

•Coordinates the planning, organization, direction, and execution in relation to production activities, to meet customer requirements in terms of volume, quality and cost.



• Responsible for achieving the established objectives and ensuring compliance with the production plan.



• You must ensure compliance with the indicators / metrics of the plant such as: quality, productivity, safety, cost, deliveries on time.



• Responsible for leading production teams, generating teamwork and in turn ensuring the safety / integrity of the staff.

Experiencia y requisitos

• Industrial Engineering career or related.



• speak, write english and spanish (100%)





• 3-5 years in the maquiladora industry with a capacity of more than 120 employees.



• Experience in Wood Companies



• Interpretation of drawings and diagrams



• Advanced Office



• Excellent conflict management



• Creative problem solving



• Leadership, Proactive.



•Teamwork
