The Training & Development Specialist is responsible to design, implement or execute local & global training and development programs/projects, fulfilling the normative and legal training requirements. Is also responsible to develop and impart classroom and online training courses.-
General Responsibilities • Key participant in conducting training sessions • Key participant in the testing of trainees to evaluate and measure their learning process • Collaborate on the design and development of training and educational programs • Key participant in coaching sessions for less experiences peers,
and to further individual ability and skill with hosting training and development programs Experience / Qualifications • A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree) • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers-
Design and execute training and development programs based on the specific needs of the organization.
Deploy and promote corporate Talent Management programs and processes.
Participate in global Talent Management projects
Perform the annual detection training needs and planning training processes for the different positions.
Execute and keep updated the annual training plans established for the different positions.
Evaluate the training effectiveness of training and development programs.
Design and develop training courses, learning resources and knowledge assessments.
Design and create e-learning courses.
Impart classroom and online training courses.
Control and maintain records of completed training and development actions.
Search and validate the best option for external training courses / suppliers.
Participate in internal and external audits of Quality System & ESH, Clients or STPS.
