Position : Manager (Rack Manufacturing- Plastics Electroplating)
Job Description
Position Summary: Responsible for the day to day operation of the rack manufacturing shop.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for Rack Manufacturing shop performance as per defined target .
Should have exposure to the process of electro-plating on plastics.
Should have experience on setting up rack manufacturing unit , equipment selection & installation.
Should be able to design rack , selection of product specific contact points.
Exposure to design & develop product specific auxiliary anode, shaders , robbers conductive , non conductive.
Should have exposure to quality system ,
able to develop & implement quality system
Should have exposure on selection of metal , alloys , composite plastics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduation with 15+ years of experience in rack manufacturing industry.
Should have exposure to the material testing plastics & Metal.
Should able to quickly ascertain the situation quickly.
Should have exposure on equipment maintenance & management.
Should have experience on working on 3D Software , MS Project , Power point.
Must have exposure to MIS, departmental KPI & presentation.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.Understanding & speaking spanish will be prefered.
Must be able to lead & give training to the shop floor team.
