This role will support the Supply Chain Business Intelligence & Analytics organization (SCBI) in achieving our mission to enable a data driven culture by making high quality data and solutions available to every employee. We transform Certified Data -> Better Insights -> Educated Decisions a Meaningful Actions.

To help enable this strategy, we are looking to hire a new team member that applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. The candidate must also possess very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics to executively reflects the status of the situations/projects to the organizations. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.


- Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.

- Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.

- Leads complex critically important, high impact, time-sensitive escalations and reporting efforts towards resolving/preventing issues.

- Identifies underlying root cause for issues in BI solutions including gaps in business logic, data quality, and code.

- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Educates and advises internal customers on how to leverage available data for consumption

- Builds relationships with Business Intelligence partners to understand data needs in order to execute with excellence on user requirements and prototypes

- Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.

- Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.

- Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.

Education and Experience Required:

- First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

- Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong expertise in modeling and consumption tools.

- Ability to resolve issues quickly with a sense of urgency.

- Skilled at handling multiple tasks and flexible to changing priorities.

- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team- building, conflict resolution, and management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.

- Drives cross-functional collaboration where needed to resolve conflicts.

- Ability to effectively summarize and communicate complex topics to executively reflects the status of the situations/projects at senior management levels.

- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
