Tasks





- Develop the planning to provide utilities to the new process / equipment

- Coordinate the installation of needed utilities / building modifications needed as a result of new process/equipment

- Assure the PM in the system it is executed as planned

- Assure the PM is effective and support the company KPI's

- Support the budget definition for facility maintenance

- Keep facilities expenses and investment cost tracking

- Develop and coordinate the execution of actions to fulfill KPI's

- Support problem analysis of productive areas when needed

- Warranty there is in MRO system the necessary spare parts needed to provide service to the facility equipment according to PM.



- Set up in MRO and procurement of critical spare parts to warranty facility equipment and building operation

- Coordinate all supplier activities related with the service of the equipment

- Responsible to organize and communicate partial or total shutdown coming from PM plan or new projects needs

- Coordinate building activities (repairs, modification, upgrades etc.)

- Keep building documentation updated (example: electric, mechanical diagrams)

- Fulfiil all ESD requirement stablished in to the site

- Support corporate initiatives

- Responsible for planning and implementing improvement projects to support plant KPI and company road map

- Assure the energy management system alignment to the ISO 500001 requirements

- Support energy management improvement activities

- Support energy management committee

- Manage and assure the resources related to monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the energy management system

- Supervise the achievement of improvement plans in the areas of responsibility result of audits, customer complaints, etc

- Support the implementation of strategies and procedures required for another areas

- To know and understand the quality politics of the company.



*To fulfill the requirements for the implementation and maintenance of the quality system. *To follow and responsibility fulfillment on applicable procedure from quality system.





- To contribute to the fulfillment of KPI's applicable to facility process.

- Assure the fulfillment of internal and external customer requirement documented in related procedures, instructions certification applicable to facility process

- Support problem solving tools when needed

- Stop the process when a deviation is detected coming from the specifications documented

- Report immediately when nonconformance material is detected and utilize scalation process like (Jidoka, plan de reaccion, plan de contingencia)

- To know and apply quality policy





Qualifications





Advance : management skill, Strategic planning, Energy management, problem solving, comunication skills, English, Autocad, effective negotiation, Facility ESH related topics



Expert : Facility maintenance activities , electric and mechanical drawing interpretation, LOTO



Basic: Product knowledge, Lean manufacturing, finance
