GENERAL SUMMARY:
Understand, follow up and analyze variances vs. forecast and budget
Review PEMO financial information (presentation and result) and discuss with the Manager
Continuous Improvement for manufacturing processes that impacts financially
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct Labor (manpower and overtime)
• Overhead (follow up any major variances, accruals)
• ODC (scrap and special freight)
• Capex (support asset count and project spending)
• General accounting and SOX compliance
• SOX controls (perform test and control execution)
• Account analysis as request
• Authorities & Limit Policy (understanding, promote and execute)
• Month end activities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• College Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 1 Year experience in costing
• English 80%
• Leadership, self-directed, proactive
