We have a job opportunity for our BD Juarez facilities as Sr. Financial Analyst.



Position Summary

Lead and develop all the statutory accounting, establish and maintain an effective and accurate accounting system and develop and administer controls for Mexican finance department in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Lead all audits and legal requirements according NIF and USGAAP and execute the quarterly and annual testing (Internal & External Audits, SOX) Lead the Accounts payable team, the VAT recovery process, the electronic accounting process, and the Fixed assets Inventory and depreciation process.



Required Profile

- College graduate with a Bachelor Degree in accounting of finance

- 10 years of experience in accounting environment

- Manager experience leading large teams (3 years)

- Budget, Forecast analysis experience

- Multitask experience, work under pressure, frustration tolerance

- Computer skills in ERP system, spreadsheets, word-processing and database applications

- Proficient in MS Office

- Bilingual English & Spanish (written and spoken)
