- A person that Delivers / Manages multiple test projects working in cross functional teams and owns end to end responsibility for successfully closing testing of a project from idea to deployment (and post-production support) as needed.

Qualifications

- Education in Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles preferred

- Ability to quickly understand and align with business and organization priorities and practices to support the project priorities and goals

- Demonstrate written and oral communication that is timely, accurate, professional, consistent and targeted to the appropriate audience.

- Demonstrate the ability to adapt well to changing environment and respond quickly to requests and needs of the projects

- Skills such as but not limited to:

oTest planning, test strategy

oTest estimation, test scheduling

oTest design, test execution

oDefect management ? Jira, qTest, etc

oPeople management

oClient stakeholder management

oReporting & Communication

- Engineering skills (S/W dev & Engineering, Test modelling)

- Telecom Doman skills

oRevenue support systems

oCRM, Ordering, Tracking, IVR

oBilling, commission, payments, collection, revenue assurance

oJournaling, subscriber/financial reporting

Mandatory Skills

- Bachelor?s Degree preferred

- Advanced English level.

- Experience with software development methodologies and processes (DevOps, Agile, Shift Left, Site reliability engineering, Waterfall, iterative)

- The position requires at least 3-5 years demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning a project

- Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM/SAFe

- Quality assurance/testing and engineering experience as a test PM (Lead medium to large teams 10-100 member)
