Job Description:This sales position for DXC Technology is responsible for acquiring new clients. Industry focused.Job requires a results-driven Sales Executive that achieved IT and Advisory sales success in highly competitive markets.Extensive experience in developing Executive-level relationships and partnering with clients and stakeholders is required.Key attribute for being successful in this position is the ability to gain a high level of trust from both clients and internal team members.This is a quota carrying SALES position for DXC Technology offerings.The Telecom, Media & Entertainment Industry Sales Leader manages client satisfaction and provides resources to larger accounts; ensures profit objectives are met,
and manages ongoing strategic planning for a single complex account.Develops relationships with clients to create synergy between client needs and effective business solutions.Job requires a results-driven Sales Executive that achieved IT and Advisory sales success in highly competitive markets.Extensive experience in developing Executive-level relationships and partnering with clients and stakeholders is required.Key attribute for being successful in this position is the ability to gain a high level of trust from both clients and internal team members.Proactively build relationships and understand business goals of assigned clientsEssential Job Functions• High volume of Client facing meetings• Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks• Responsible for validating/endorsing the total value of the Digital Transformation Service or Solution for the deal. Works with solution and delivery to assure that client’s interests are design can be properly delivered• Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines• Interfaces with appropriate parties to ensure that objectives are met. Recommends methods to improve performance with regards to service level agreements, metrics and measurements, and business trends.• Acts as the liaison between operations and account management team. Assists in deploying resources to support business needs.• Provides support for larger projects within internal accounts. Facilitates integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met.• Recommends transition and transformation methods and ensures implementation to enhance business operations.• Recommends technical, contractual, administrative and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to agreed upon requirements.• Coordinates with appropriate parties to leverage resources and solutions to reduce costs and meet service level agreements.• Interfaces directly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred• Complex Sales experience in the Information Technology arena. Microsoft Dynamics sales experience• Experience in multi-million dollar, quota carrying “Sales” roles• Account Management experienceOther Qualifications• Understanding of Digital Transformation.• Able to negotiate deals where DXC is not the low-cost provider• In-depth customer knowledge• Business/financial management expertise• Acts as a Strategic Partner, Trusted Advisor• Familiarity with project management methodologies• Leadership skills in directing pursuit and/or delivery teams.• Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills• Business and customer oriented team player with ability to form alliances across global boundaries• Proven program management skills and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities• Strong influencing and communication skills at a CIO level.
