Issue and manage all BPOs and POs for FY21 (45%)



1. 1. Develop/edit/lead SOW s and/or MSA s as needed.

2. Develop and submit PR s.

3. Track progress to closure (issuance of BPO s and PO s)

4. Act as a point of contact for vendors to resolve procurement/finance issues.

5. Highlighting gaps in commercial agreements on terms/conditions and resolving those.

6. Administering project supply, services, and purchase orders to suppliers.

7. Negotiating to get the best possible pricing and payment options.

8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.

9. Work with many parts of the organization while supporting general purchasing needs,

along with daily interactions with strategic procurement within a supply chain & operations group.

10. Gathering and reporting information as well as ensuring prescribed processes and deadlines are met.
