The Channel Manager for Latin America will manage a high performing regional team to drive business through the Latin America partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities Consolidate a regional team to build common channel development programs and achieve sales sub-regions’ objectives Leverage regional resources to develop channel capability and capacity Develop Partner Managers’ business acumen so they can become ecosystem’s trusted advisor in Autodesk’s best interest Determine proper channel coverage, authorizations, compliance with policies, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment Act as a business consultant to help resellers and/or distributors set their strategy Coordinate with sales teams on reseller quotas, authorization requirements, programs and policies Maintain relationships with resellers and/or distributors. Responsible for maintaining “health of channel”. Ensure channel compliance with contract terms Manage the reseller ecosystem through a well-trained Partner Managers’ team, acting as Autodesk main point of contact and Trusted Advisor to the partner channel Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing channel partners Business proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English Ability to interpret and understand financial information and channel partner compensation (Partner Advantage Program – channel framework) #LI-POST
