Job Description:
Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Digital Operations Data Analyst - Will build and develop key performance indicators using descriptive and prescriptive analytics related to the workings of 3M marketing resources and websites in order to monitor performance and identify improvements.
Duties and responsibilities:
1.
Collaborate with the Customer Operations, and Digital Marketing Leadership teams to measure team and resource performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend system s modifications .
2. Develop and implement database, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality .
3. Preparing reports for leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
4. Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process.
5. Preparation of JIRA board s for tracking, sign-off, reporting, dashboards.
6. Active and proactive participation in trainings and self-training from new technologies and functionalities in used tools.
7. Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
8. Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
9. Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives .
10. Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
