Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide support with orders, product details, shipping information, and returns.
- Ensure high-quality and solution-oriented responses across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, solutions-driven approach.
Technical Requirements:
- A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps.
