Senior Accountant I - [X169]

In this role, a typical day will include:

· Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.).

· Control and reconcile accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L;, bank accounts, etc.).

· Prepare accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting), including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.





· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Advanced English level; able to express concerns and ideas comfortably in multicultural environments.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
