Security**Main responsabilities**:Protects and provides security to facility assets including people, buildings, equipment, and materials following established procedures.
**What skills you need**:- Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.- Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.- Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.- Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.- Report any problems or issues with facilities.- Carry out simple maintenance and repair tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.- Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.- Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.
May involve adjusting basic settings or parameters in order to meet performance standards.- Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
