Together, we create impact and drive success!Cadencia is looking for an experienced, passionate full-time Sales and Outreach Coordinator to work with a coaching client.
We need someone who values client relationships and is eager to grow professionally.
The successful candidate will be proactive, a continual learner, and someone who embodies our client's vision through their work and client interactions every day.ResponsibilitiesContinuous, strategic lead generation and cultivation.Strategic management of social media, requiring developing a persona on LinkedIn, Facebook,
and Instagram.Maintaining a database of existing members.Researching and tracking future member candidates through Google searches of websites and databases.Contact potential members via phone to determine interest, send follow-up responses, and track members' interest in a sales funnel.Welcoming new members into the organization and tracking their progress.Manage client billing, including coordinating with the client billing department to ensure members receive invoices.Learning and utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.Assisting with travel arrangements and coordinating future meetings, as needed.The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone WhoHas near-native spoken English communication skills or above (written skills are still important).Has a minimum of three years of professional work experience.Has one year or more of successful social media experience in a professional capacity.Is resilient and not afraid of challenges.
Is empathetic to other people and actively listens to what they hear.
