SUMMARY
The Content Support Analyst Sr./Project will be responsible for implementing and tracking the projects assigned to them. They will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time, to the required level of quality, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
50% Project Monitoring and Stakeholder Communication
- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule and lead follow-up sessions, serving as chairperson facilitating communication and information exchange
30% Project Status Reporting
- Prepare regular project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders.
20% Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
- Identify and communicate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Follow-up mitigation plans
REQUIREMENTS
- Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
- Area of study: Engineering, IT, or computer science, PMO, business administration, management
- Years of Experience: 2-3 years
- Type of experience: Automotive industry, project management, business management
- Special certifications or technical skills: Proficient English language command, written and spoken; able to communicate effectively to the upper management and with external parties; ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously; attention to detail, conflict resolution skills; Proficient in MS Office; planning and project management
- Other/preferred: Auto Care standard knowledge. Problem solving. Quick learning & retention. Big picture thinking and vision. Strategic thinker and good facilitator with strong analytical skills. Ability to deal with change in a fast-paced environment
