Demand Planning Specialist RAD / DEV

Major Tasks

• Elaboration and permanent adaptation of the sales forecast while conducting plausibility checks over the entire planning horizon.

• Review, analyze, challenge, and enhance forecast (incl. bias), while capturing significant changes/deviations and identifying/understanding the key reasons for variance to address with Marketing on a continuous basis.

• Manage eS&OP; monthly meetings with key stakeholders from the business groups to agree on sales forecast, by scheduling, coordinating, leading, escalating, and ensuring availability of required reports and recording of meeting minutes and decisions.

• Assure a service level required for the VMI imported goods from the Supplier Centers (Bayer´s andThird Parties) according with the agreed SPA.

• Lead all involved areas the correct master data in the ERP and APO systems to guarantee correct information and systems usability.

• To contribute being a business partner on calculate future requirements to achieve the Forecast Accuracy and Service Level targets for Bayer Business RAD / DEV.

• To provide calculation bases for budget, FC1, FC2 and FC3

• To contribute to achieve the finished goods availability aligned to targets for Bayer Business RAD / DEV.

• To contribute to optimize time to market strategies.

• To contribute with the optimization of Working Capital.


• High knowledge in Sales and Operations Planning S&OP.;

• Supply planningand stock management for Radiology DEV business being the only point of contact for the Radiology division.

• Self-management on project design, execution and follow up aimed to obtaining the expected outputs.

• Ambiguity and urgencies management aimed to maintaining replenishment continuity.

• Agility to create influence throughout the supply chain, meeting the needs of the business.

• High knowledge of the business with strategic thinking oriented towards the customer and management of ambiguity.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to promote collaboration and transparency across the organization.

• High level of business acumen and knowledge of business operations, cross-functional roles & contributions to overall success of the business.

• Higher education, preferably university degree in Economics, Business

• Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• MBA or Project Management Post-graduate studies / Preferred.

• 3 -5 Years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship

• Management, or similar positions with emphasis in customer service and logistics.

• Fluency in business English, both orally and in writing.

• Advance Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of SAP (APO / GIM).
