**Product & Process Trainer**:

Join our team to be responsible for educating staff as to the products/processes and the benefit and value they provide to customers. Develops lesson plans, participant guides, and all types of training-related documentation.
**About the Role**
In this opportunity as a **Product & Process Trainer**, you will:
- Be responsible for efficiently developing curricula for customer service professionals.
- Partners with seniors in functional areas to deliver effective, needs-based training.
- Determines appropriate instructional procedures/methods and develops corresponding curricula and support materials.
- Develops eLearning opportunities.
- Integrates feedback for improvement of content and delivery.
- Develops effective communication vehicles to ensure training programs are fully understood and appropriately valued by learners.
- Designs and delivers presentations and trainings as needed.
- Performs other related duties, calendar invites, and producing materials to accompany training.
- Identify and instruct to multiple learning styles.
- Create, design, and develop a wide variety of learning materials such as facilitator guides, online training, self-study guides, case studies, demonstrations, and simulations.
- Communicate effectively by expressing thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
- Provide continuous follow-up with learners.
- Complete all projects in an efficient manner.
- Effectively incorporate adult learning principles into all components of curriculum.
**About You**
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience doing similar activities.
- Excellent written communication skills. Proven business writing skills and use of vocabulary, grammar and letter structure
- Strong listening skills. Seeks clarification and complete understanding of an issue prior to action.
- Ability to keep multiple projects progressing simultaneously.
- Build ongoing relationships within teams you will be training.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
