We are now recruiting for an Office Administrator / Receptionist in our Monterrey, Mexico office. This is role will provide administration support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for re-ordering and inventory of consumables
- Maintain employee files and ensuring that they are kept updated and complete
- Coordinate receptionist functions or back-up when necessary
- Manage office maintenance and cleaning
- Responsible for managing petty cash.
- Health and Safety Representative
- Assisting with ByD requests for new clients.
- Providing support to the Business Centre Manager
- Issue of renewal contracts and follow up with the clients
- Additional responsibilities as necessary


- Strong level of English for conversation and writing (at least 80%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree finished or in progress
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Team-oriented
