Role Summary/Purpose:
Essential Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for leading:
– Lead for commercial planning and forecasting
– P&L; for sales and services for the country
– Allocation of resources and territory coverage
– Develop sales plan for Mexico.
– Develop and execute a world class support of Service, Control and
Monitoring, ChemFeed, Field Support and Customers Laboratory
– Develop Value Generation Plans for customers
– Deploy Digital Services initiative
– Growth in key industries/applications across the country
– To have a deep understanding of entire portfolio of Chemical and Monitoring
Solutions in GE Water.
– Lead internal teams and establish goals for technical and financial
– Margin improvement strategies: pricing, low marging account & direct
material productivity
– Manage GE Risk Management process
– Lead/Coach/Mentor the team members
– Communication and interaction with other GE´s divisions
– Ability to travel 30-40% (both Domestic and International).

– This position will be based in Ciudad de Mexico
– Proficiency in English
– Minimum 10 years of work experience in technical sales
– Demonstrated leadership style showing capabilities to accelerate change,
work in a rapidly changing environment and operate independently to deliver

– Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
– Strong influencing and team building skills

identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational
