Role Summary/Purpose: Commercial Finance Manager will have the responsibility
of structuring deals
Essential Responsibilities: ?Partner will GGO, GE Capital Industrial Finance &
Current Project Finance team
?Build as well relationship with banks and financial institution to attend
customers financial needs
?Participate on contract negotiation. Approve pricing & payment terms
?Leads financial analysis of PPS (Mexico) & PPP (Brazil)
?Primly focus: Mexico, Central America, Caribbean & Brazil. Global deals will
required to get involved in the rest of Latam
?Will have 1 analyst reporting to him based in Brazil
?Drive Sales, Orders & Backlog numbers / QMIs for both GM, HQ & GGO. SFDC
maintenance & tracking
?Works with WCS on factoring strategies
?Drive Distribution channels credit & risk analysis
?Lead hard collections on customers past due
?VIC/SIC calculations and participate in SII/BP/OP
?Support and proactively bring new ideas to boost sales
Qualifications/Requirements: Customer focus & solution oriented
Proactive and able to work under pressure (negotiation & strategy)
Bridge builder with Commercial teams, Banks & Senior Management
Will to win attitude
Banks & financing experience is desirable but a quick learner even more
Ability to work independently and partner with CommOps and Sales
Demonstrated ability to understand the risk arising from contracts
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the strategic agility to
work harmoniously within a team as both a leader and a contributor
