Organize office lunches
In charge of all office cleanliness and
maintaining office at high level of professional appearance
All inventories of paper, maps, office
supplies, cleaning supplies, coffee, milk, sugar, dog food, cat food and rental
Rental gear check outs and returns.
In charge of solving with issues with
the phone and internet systems
In charge of implementing and installing
new programs on computers (proper training will be given per incidence)
Coordinates turn in and inventory of
office equipment: uniforms, keys, computers, phones, chargers, etc…
Coordinates check up’s of inventory and
office equipment, wear and tear, loss and damage evaluations & equipment
Upholds kitchen cleanliness and ensures
that all team members are contributing to cleaning their plates
Cleans and organizes kitchen, fridge and
Maintains all closets cleaned and
Coordinates and directs maids cleanings
and focus areas
Updates of Maya Luxe calendars and
booking information
Data entry to CRM
Security Deposit follow up
Damage Claim follow up
Misc. Administration Tasks
Bill payments – out of office
