As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you are the main point of contact for all invoice and payment related issues. You are expected to build strong relationships with member organizers in an effort to ensure all invoices are paid according to the terms and conditions of Tripaneer.
Job description
Check inquiries with Booked status
Contacting suppliers via email and phone
Sending invoices to suppliers via PayPal
Follow up with suppliers for pending payments
Liaise with the Customer Service team for In Progress inquiries
Analyze and create a proposal for special condition requests from member organizers
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, any field.
Fresh graduates Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English US written verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer Microsoft office skills.
Ability to work independently, be proactive and use own initiative.
Ability to learn on the fly, and have the drive to grow on a personal and professional scale.
Willingness to work a shifting schedule 5 days a week, including weekends.
Work week Minimum 40 hours per week, working days are negotiable, including weekends.
Term 12 months with extension possibilities.
Trial period 8 weeks.
Location Your home or any other location of your choice anywhere in the world with a reliable and fast internet connection.
Start date As soon as possible.
