Role Summary/Purpose: As the SSS PMO Leader you will be responsible for
managing project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization,
initiation, execution, and closure for all project work related to the
program. Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or
initiative(s). Coordinates program support activities, including the
development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and
benchmarks, and developing training plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
– This role requires Project Managing SSS platform implementations across
– Create and maintain detailed project plans to drive the overall success of
the implementation
– Provide an effective communication mechanism between the SSS PMO team and
each business
– Provide a point of escalation for project issues and drive remediation
– Manage PMO GDC functional resources, ensuring the team deliver to agreed
– Coordinate efforts across a number of the global GDC and operations teams
to ensure appropriate engagement is in place
– Ensure that the goals of simplification and standardization are adhered to
as part of each project
– Ensure compliance with all aspects of global S2P/B2P Enterprise Standards
– Report out to senior management on project progress, risks, issues etc. on
a timely basis
– Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, IT or Business
Analyst experience
– Minimum of 5 years large/multi-functional Project Management experience
– Minimum of 1 year experience working with global outsourced providers to
execute project deliverables
