Job Summary
The Apple Customer Experience Regional Manager (ACE RM) is an Apple commissioned employee who serves as the Apple business owner and ‘influencer’ across a number of carrier/retailer locations where sales consultants are deployed. The RM’s primary responsibility is to ensure key business targets are met across a territory. The ACE RM will deliver results by developing and maintaining a group of performance-driven sales consultants, fostering relationships with store management, and successfully executing any Apple driven initiatives. The RM will also drive and monitor the compliance of worldwide standards and provide clear and concise updates of sales, competition and regional events through weekly and monthly reports to Apple management.
The role of the Regional Manager is to grow sales at the carrier and retail locations where sales staff are deployed.
The position of the RM is a field level job and will require the RM to be involved in store level activities, during peak store hours, including weekends, to drive the highest possible revenue targets.
The RM will work with agency staff on selling Apple solutions to all prospective and current customers and make sure Apple merchandising policies are being upheld and met.
The RM will work to ensure that the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis.
The RM will work with store management and develop strong, influential, collaborative business relationships to ensure revenue growth is on track to meet targets.
The RM will provide leadership in coaching agency sales managers to achieve sales objectives.
Manage and motivate sales team and territory to meet corporate and team objectives.
Monitor individual and team progress through goal setting and monitoring of measurable objectives.
Provide continuous feedback and recognition for effort and achievement.
Develop strategies, plans, and methods to deliver approaches for strategic relationships, selling to retail customers, roll out and communication of business policies & procedures, compensation plans, etc.
Act as an ambassador of the Apple brand to retail/carrier staff and management, and keep them engaged and up to date on Apple’s latest and greatest products.
Assure business opportunities within the store are optimized and that WW guidelines are followed.
Provide regular business results and regular competitive trends tracking.
Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve upon program performance.
Monitor sales results and progress of region through weekly and monthly reports.
Provide clear and concise updates of sales, competition and regional events through weekly and monthly reports.
Provide feedback to local sales team, Channel Marketing Team and Country Managers re: pricing issues, advertising, promotions, etc.
Build and maintain relationships to ensure effective communication channels within all areas and levels of the organization.
Work cross-functionally to ensure that the country objectives are met.
College degree essential; MBA preferred
