Objective of job: Provide administrative and organizational support as well as provide project upport/handle specific.
Principal activities:
Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the task.
Take care of internal and external customers and visitors.
Order basic supplies (e.g. spare parts, office supplies, etc.) according to company guidelines.
Perform and settle organizational tasks (e.g. arrange events, organize travels, etc.) according to company
Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc. according to guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested.
Plan, arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments (e.g. meetings, etc.)
Carry out administrative tasks according to guidelines (e.g. preparing requests/BANFs, handling vacation
administration, organizing fiies, archiving documents, answering and forwarding calls and mail, etc.).
Education: Bachelor´s Degree of Accounting or Finance is required or the equivalent thereof, CPA, CMA, CIA or other Administration Bachelor´s Degree.
Work experience (1-2 years):
Basic knowledge of functional processes or product range
Participation in the activities of coordination between the various departments / areas
Implementation of simple tasks which are executed based on instructions
Additional knowledge (Strong Technical Knowledge)
Expertise in office furniture and equipment and procedures
Strong skills to prioritize activities Office
Technical Service and customer satisfaction
Organization of executive tasks
