Role Summary/Purpose: Sales Support Analyst can reports to a Sales Support
Leader or a Team Coordinator and may also on a day to day basis be guided by a
Sales Support Analyst colleague. Main activities includes standard product and
service enquiries, requests for quotations, order entry, return requests and
order management.
Essential Responsibilities: *Sales Support Analyst will generally be provided
with day to day commercial operations goals.
*accountable for accurate RFQ sent and entry of orders received from customers;
*meet appropriate and realistic targets set by leadership to enable the business to grow significantly quarter on quarter;
*work in very close daily cooperation with sales support colleagues, business partners and end customers;
*Adhere to operational process which ensures compliance with US and other national governmental regulatory requirements. Follow GE’s Spirit and Letter operating guidance, and other GE process quality workflows which define work methodology and process.
– Qualification from an accredited university or college or equivalent
related work experience;
– Computer and software literate;
– English – Intermediate.
