We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to perform HR
administrative tasks according to standard processes/procedures/work
instructions. Maintain and manage data in applicable IT systems to ensure data
– Manage HR data
– Provide HR administrative services
– Provide functional system expertise
– Provide project support
– Education: Secondary school education and 1 year of relevant work
experience or Bachelor degree
– Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation Knowledge
– HR Processes & Disciplines Knowledge

– Planning & organizing
– Following instruction & procedures
– Trainings delivery planning.
– Training request actions.
– Logistics support.
– Negotiation with internal and external customers.
– Deal with different suppliers around the world.
– Administrative support.
– Reports elaboration.
High english level (Able to have fluent written and spoken conversation).
Good Excel knowledge (Pivot table, Macros, Graphics, Lookup).
Organizing and planification. Proactive and accountability. Adapting and
responding to change. Team work. Communication skills.
