Specialists with networking knowledge and/or experience.
Purpose of Position: Assist business level customers with troubleshooting and technical support of their satellite internet and related services.
Qualifications and requirements:
Networking Troubleshooting
OS issues and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and DOS Networking.
Essentials knowledge for troubleshooting Routers, Switches, Modems, Hubs and Access Points.
Ability to multitask, including navigating multiple browser windows, while speaking with a technician or engineer.
Ability to type 25 words per minute.
English Proficiency 90-100% (conversational).
Age 19 to 40 years old.
Customer service experience (not necessary).
High school diploma or equivalency.
Must be able to work a full time schedule and weekends.
Additional recommended qualifications:
One year of technical support experience.
Network certifications like CCNP, CCNA .
Certifications such as A+ N+ Sec+One year troubleshooting issues with networking, PC repair, and/or internet connectivity issues.
