Candidate sourcing directly via social media and other internal and external tools i.e. LinkedIn, Employee Referral Program, Networking
Guide Hiring Managers to select rightfit candidates
Create and manage a positive candidate experience throughout the selection and assessment process
Develop knowledge of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitment
Manage relationships external recruitment agencies, among others
Create a good database of candidates to cover future vacancies
Write great job postings that make our openings attractive and compelling
Bachelors degree in Psychology or similar.
100 Bilingual SpanishEnglish
26 to 40 years old
Min. 1 year recruiting operational and management positions.
Experience in Time Share desirable.
Welldeveloped analytical, decisionmaking, negotiation, problemsolving and verbalwritten communication skills
Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Planning and organization.
People oriented.
