Duties and responsibilities

Texico process/procedures and software development lifecycle to develop a project management methodology to deliver on contract. Lead team to execute the delivery methodology.
Provides overall direction to the team in the formulation, development, qualification, and launch delivery in response to customer requirements.
Responsible for organizing and leading a cross functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality and appropriate business measurements for your project based on the client agreement and i

Bachelor degree: Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineer or equivalent
Language: English required; read, write and spoken clearly
Frequent user of MS Office suite (Work, Excel, Power Point, Project)
Specific knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Specific knowledge of PMI Process Groups; Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
Working knowledge of current Project Management methodologies for SW development
Strong working knowledge in business matters, finance, planning, forecasting and personnel in order to mange team staff and business issues.
Understands business resources, priorities, and policies and applies this understanding to project activities.
Communications/Negotiations: Engaged as a professional who guides others and drives negotiation and analysis and/or acceptance of changes within the project. Works with team members to articulate, compare and implement solutions and alternative approaches based on project management principles. Negotiates effectively with team members to define the team’s goals, work content and schedules. Clearly communicates team results to appropriate management /project management. Establishes and maintains clear mechanisms to communicate project status and change with the project team and other staff.
