Duties and responsibilities ·         Ensure that all employees have the right hardware and software to carry out their activities.·         Be available  to respond requests to support employees in all business units: questions or technical problems, changes in equipment, software installation, network connectivity and computer mapping.·         Support  the new personnel with the allocation and installation of its equipment and relevant software·         Set up email accounts for new employees.·         Generate the base of each project and updated lines·         Manage Repository: create the folder structure of projects, create accounts, generate periodic backup and recovery ensuring their backs.·         Perform an assessment of suppliers when buying hardware or software is required.·         He is responsible for receiving all equipment or furniture purchased, review the conditions of purchase and the correct date of invoice.·         Create and maintain an inventory of software and hardware across the organization. This hardware inventory every month and every 3 months for software updates. This inventory should include: a copy of proof of purchase; state guarantee and serialization of the team.·         He is responsible for information security and backups.·         Performs preventive maintenance of equipment every 6 months.·         Delivery of the equipment in custody.·         Give support to all activities posted in the Sysaid Tickets system
