- Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle including: role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection.
- Candidate sourcing directly via social media and other internal and external tools (i.e.: LinkedIn, Employee Referral Program, Networking…)
- Guide Hiring Managers to select right-fit candidates
- Create and manage a positive candidate experience throughout the selection and assessment process
- Develop knowledge of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitment
- Manage relationships: external recruitment agencies, among others
- Create a good database of candidates to cover future vacancies
- Write great job postings that make our openings attractive and compelling
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or similar.
100% Bilingual (Spanish-English)
26 to 40 years old
Min. 1 year recruiting operational and management positions.
Experience in Time Share (desirable).
Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Planning and organization.
People oriented.
