-Entry-level position, learning demand management skills and approaches.
-Follows standard scripts and decision trees to complete daily activities.
-Make outbound calls in support of marketing campaigns to targeted lists.
-Make outbound calls to prospects that have completed web forms on IHS that have been designated as requiring additional qualification.
-Manage inbound calls from prospects interested in products discussed on IHS.
-Uses call scripts approved by sales and marketing to qualify prospects for additional sales follow-up.
-Identify prospects with customer care or order processing issues and route them to appropriate department.
-Support event registration programs by registering prospects to attend and/or sending registration links.
-Support contact discovery programs by calling companies to identify prospects that meet title and role requirements for further marketing.
-Receives regular coaching / mentoring from more senior team members and department leader.
Knowledge and Skills
-Proficiency in English and Spanish
-Solid customer service skills – including the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs.
-Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer.
-Basic PC, MS Office and database application skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Self-directed and organized.
-Self-starter with good time management and problem solving skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities.
-Good communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to a high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
-Ability to clearly explain research results.
-Solid research and analytical skills.
-0-2 years experience.
Education and Certifications
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
-Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
-Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
