Role Summary/Purpose: The Service Data Analyst will add value to the local
team´s effort by driving processes performance, generating main KPIs, intepret
and analyze them, support on action plan deployment, evaluate data quality and
support on-going operational work to maintain all different service areas in
GEHC Mexico region. The analyst will also support on keeping accuracy of
information generated in our Installed base and perform data quality
assessment and evaluation.
Essential Responsibilities: -Evaluate service processes performance, generate
and evaluate critical to business KPIs to drive optimum performance
-Drive processes improvement plans with local team
-Ensure data accuracy, healthy and traceability;
-Act as an integrator of data sources
-Install Base data quality assessment and evaluation. Ensure data quality into all IB systems.
-Coordinate implementation of technology solutions projects in different LATAM countries
-Collaborate with different stakeholders for spreading a process culture around the business
-Provide daily operational support to different teams.
-Interact with different stakeholders to ensure consistency on data and process performance
-Assures accuracy on documentation received from the field
-Be efficient and constantly seek ways to improve any process
-Lead process improvement initiatives, leverage team synergies and driven operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements: – Strong analytical skills with the ability to
collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information
with attention to detail and accuracy
– Experience with project and process management
– Experience working under pressure and in ambiguous environments
– Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet
– Fluent English – reading, speaking, and writing
-Organized and clear thinker/communicator
– Excellent knowledge of Excel and/or Access
– Exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility
– Process improvement/productivity role in an operations environment
– Strong communication and facilitation skills
– Ability to influence decisions with teams
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: – Bachelor’s Degree and work experience in
Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics- Expertise
regarding data models, database design development, data mining and
segmentation techniques- Experience with BI tools-Passion for technology and
systems- Fluency in Spanish- Proven ability to influence, lead teams and drive
change/results orientation- Energized, passionate, change agent- Strong
problem solving skills- Good initiative and assertiveness- Understanding of
the Field Sales/Service and Product delivery processes- Global mindset and
networked throughout the organization- Strong dedication to quality customer
