Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila (MX-COA) - Torreon

At John Deere, operations is directly responsible for producing equipment that
helps feed and clothe people around the world. Here, our professionals have
the opportunity their technical and problem–solving skills and participate of
product launches. In operations, change is a constant with the introduction of
new products, the implementation of new technology and the recruitment of
additional team members to keep pace with our continuing growth.
What you´ll do?
*This is a temporary position for 18 months.
*Lead the implementation of the production line plans to achieve the objectives of safety, quality, efficiency, delivery and continuous improvement through personnel administration charge
*Improve manufacturing process through personnel engagement
*Identifies the maintenance requirements of equipment and facilities, and monitors the actions required to improve efficiency, productivity and scrap reduction (OPM and OPE)
*Ensures that personnel have appropriate training, instructions work and tools necessary for the fulfillment of their activities.
What it takes?
*Knowledge Manufacturing process lean manufacturing
*Knowledge in personnel administration
*Knowledge in quality tools, SPC, quality control plan
*Knowledge in Interpretation of drawings & quality reports
*Knowledge Management for the accuracy of inventories
*Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical
*Knowledge in quality equipment
*Knowledge Quality System
*Knowledge MS Office
