- The aim is to respond to customer calls or respond to customer requests within two hours and build positive customer relationships.
- Has the ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations, it is able to use knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively problem soluciónpara positive results.
- Process specifications Order numbers, prices or special instructions and work to solve problems or inaccuracies of 24 - 48 hours. Performs audit self at work to ensure accuracy.
- Prepares quotes special prices to customers and distributors through a system
- Documentation of processes of product returns and other credits client.-
- Provides customer information availability and product delivery.
- Control and monitoring all complaints and special customer requirements.
- Acts as a customer link with production, quality, planning, sales, finance and product management, customers and raw material.
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with other departments
- Bachelor Degree in Administration or related field.
- Proved experience of minimum 2 years
- English : 80%
