What You’ll Do
As part of Cisco’s Services group, you will work in a customer-focused
environment utilizing all your technical experience and interpersonal skills
to provide the best customer service experience to our client base. Your
ability to troubleshoot, analyze and provide resolutions to technical issues
is critical to your success.
We have various roles within the Cisco Services organization that require
different levels of experience and technical expertise in Cisco technologies
and practices:
* Customer Support Engineers – provide remote technical support, troubleshoot & resolving customer issues.
* Network Consulting Engineers – subject matter experts on various Cisco technologies that manage the deployment, design and optimization of our client’s networks
* Advisory Services Consultants – act as advisors to our clients, assessing needs and designing solutions utilizing industry experience and Cisco technology knowledge.

customer engagements in all theaters acting as a seamless delivery partner for
our various practice and theater teams.

architectures like Borderless networks, Collaboration, Datacenter/
Virtualization, Mobility, Video, NGN & OSS, and Security.
If you can demonstrat an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies,
evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge and specialize, then

view of the customer, and good customer relationship management skills, this

Minimum Requirements:
* BS In Computer Science, Electronic Engineer or similar field of study
* 2 years or more networking experience
* 2 years or more customer focused experience
* Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing required; other languages would be a plus.
The following certifications would also be a plus: CCIE, CCNA, CCNP
