Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: The Customer Service
Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide and
process information relating to orders, inquiries and other concerns about
products and services. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative is
required to provide support to salespeople.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
• Timely and accurate quote/order entry
• Interact directly with customers by telephone, faxes and emails
• Obtain and record all information relevant to customer interactions
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Maintain price files
• Process return requests
• Resolving quote/order/shipping entry errors
• Report billing issues to management
• Provide proof of delivery
• Process quote/order changes
• Expedite orders in coordination with production management
• Support salespeople
• Other tasks as assigned
Bilingual Spanish/English up 90%
College Graduated (Or almost finishing)
25 ~ 35 years old
Advanced interpersonal skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve and follow through to resolution
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Advance skills of Microsoft Office
