Accounting Career
Knowledge in:
-Skills and knowledge in XLS and or google sheets, are excellent with formulas on those platforms.
-Experience at a high level with google drive and dropbox and other file sharing platforms.
-Some education in Tourism managment or Tourism accounting would be useful.
Language: Speak and write in English and Spanish perfectly (Absolutly necessary)
-Data entry.
-Book keeping.
-Answering phones.
-Sometimes driving and picking up documents or delivering documents.
-Preparing books for delivery to accountant.
-Pay bills for different properties.
-Reconcile money and accounts.
-Care and inventory of keys.
-Assist with schedule of maids and assist with other appointments.
-Photcopying, scanning, general office assistant duties.
-Office management.
-Prepare books for filing with accountant
Half Time: 9 am-2 pm Monday to Friday
The first interview will be in spanish and the second will be in english.
