As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you are the main point of contact for all invoice and payment related issues. You are expected to build strong relationships with member organizers in an effort to ensure all invoices are paid according to the terms and conditions of Tripaneer. You will implement and suggest scalable solutions to improve and streamline our booking and payment processes. You will also be responsible for cross functional communication with the Customer Service and Account Management teams when required.
Job description:
– Check inquiries with ‘Booked’ status
– Contacting suppliers via e-mail and phone
– Sending invoices to suppliers via PayPal
– Maintain accurate record of the ‘sent’ or ‘to be send’ invoices
– Follow up with suppliers for pending payments
– Liaise with the Customer Service team for ‘In Progress’ inquiries
– Analyze and create a proposal for special condition requests from member organizers
– Administrative support
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
– Excellent English (US) written & verbal communication skills.
– Experience or affinity with the tourism industry is a plus.
– Background in invoicing / accounts receivables / customer service / banking / finance / is a plus.
– Experience using a range of online tools and services (e.g. wiki and blogs).
– Basic understanding of Internet Marketing / SEO.
Work week: Minimum 40 hours per week, working days are negotiable.
Term: 12 months (with extension possibilities).
Trial period: 8 weeks.
Location: Your home or any other location of your choice (anywhere in the world) with a reliable and fast internet connection.
Start date: As soon as possible.
