The Team
Cisco is looking to identify a talented Client Services Manager (CSM) capable
of driving business value through technology solutions. The CSM will work
closely with the customer Account Teams in Commercial to develop and execute
an account strategy that combines Cisco’s services capability with technology
solutions to drive business value for the customer. He/She will be part of an
energetic team and has great possibilities for professional and personal
Role & Responsibilities
This role focuses on achieving and exceeding service revenue goals,
responsible for accurate forecast process ; developing opportunities pipeline;
creating strategic and tactical plans and leading virtual global teams
including Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
– Interface with the assigned Vertical , Partners, Product Sales and Sales
Management within the segment to develop service sales and drive strategic
service initiatives
– Develop key and executive relationships with assigned customers
– Develop and execute plans for continued growth of the services business
– Provide overall Services Sales advice for the assigned accounts in terms of
renewing existing business, protecting existent IB investments and values and
build new services franchises
– Focus on driving and expanding sales of Cisco’s Advanced Services business
– Interact and share best practices with extended team
Minimum Qualifications
– IT / Networking and Service specific experiences, qualifications are
– Degree level qualification
* Fluent English is a must
Desired Skills
– Proven value based consultative solution selling (IT/Enterprise) experience
in either product and service sales environment
– Knowledge of IT/ networking and overall services industry.
– Experience in complex negotiation influencing multiple parties and in a
consultative selling environment.
– Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
– Able to build account plans and execute on these plans.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Energetic, self-motivated, positive and a team player.
