Role Summary/Purpose: In this role you will, mainly, execute Aircraft/Engine
data analyzes to detect specific flight operations and engine performance
functions or malfunctions across different engineering groups. You will also
configure and process Full Flight Data coming from different airline customers
ensuring data quality. Additionally, you will have communication with external
customers and counterparts to attend different inquiries related to data.
Essential Responsibilities: Be responsible for flight data processing and
Provide and lead engineering analyses based on statistics and physics behavior
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction
Participate in technical revisions and provide analyses for other engineering
Execute with minimal guidance the analysis, design, test and/or integration
related to the assigned projects
Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant
Concurrently work on multiple projects, monitoring progress and quality and
ensuring schedule requirements are met.
Demonstrate technical expertise in position.
Conduct assessments and develop action plans to anticipate and respond to
Collaborate to maturity technical and non-technical factors within the team
and actively promote team growth

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics/Aerospace or
Mechatronics or Physics or Electrical Engineering from an accredited College
or University
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Engineering in the Aviation Industry
Expertise in Flight Data Analysis and Data Management
Strong oral and written English communication skills
Presentation Skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership
Capability for self-learning and self-motivating
Capability to manage programs of diverse size and complexity
Able to legally work in Mexico. We will not sponsor individuals for employment
