Role Summary/Purpose: Responsible to Process benefits calculations /
administration for GE employees in a timely, accurate and compliant with
country law and company policy.
Lead, facilitate & implement HR & Benefits initiatives & Projects for some
products, across Mexico in order to leverage our Global Operations HR products
offering with One GE benefits platform, interacting with local and global
stakeholders, project leaders & HR´s
Essential Responsibilities: 1)Coordinate, implement and ensure process accross
benefits and HR teams.
2)Align the process according the Enterprise Standard
3)Manage the operational meeting with Mexico committee including the
consulters and the finance investor.
4)Implement benefits process for new businesses.
5)Ensure the benefits interfaces working properly from a functional
6)Update the information provided by the vendors for Benefits in Payroll Local
7)Lead the operational process for benefits (contributions, payments, employee
transfer, etc.).
8)Supervise the reconciliation between the payroll system and the finance
9)Ensure the benefits payments on time according the terms negotiation.
10)Update the policy and process according the compliance local regulations.
11)Coordinate / Automate the enrollemnt in benefits products.
12)Develop the communication straategy for benefits process with the employees
and HR Community
13)Vendor Management and lead the enhacements
14)Project Management in terms to implement the benefits according the global
15)Develop innovative strategies including the use of the systems, meet
service goals and provide exceptional customer service.
16)Support M&A; process for benefits alignment.
17)Support process improvements, simplification and controllership
18)Monitor the metrics in order to have accuracy in the deliver process.
19)Develop employee contact model strategy in line with the global operations
20)Drive Lean methodology initiatives in the organization enabling a culture
of speed and responsiveness.
